Fanshawe Road
Through the Cambridge Investment Partnership (CIP) we intend to provide highly sustainable new council homes to meet the city’s housing needs, with a landscape led scheme that focusses heavily on sustainability. CIP has been working with local, award-winning architects Mole and Turkington Martin to provide a scheme proposal that both fits in with and enhances the local community.  Â
We are keen to engage with the local community and held an in-person consultation event in March 2023, where people had the opportunity to ask questions and provide their feedback. The exhibition boards shown at the event are available to view at the bottom of this page.

CIP held a public consultation on the proposals for Fanshawe Road at the Scout Hut on Flamsteed Road on Saturday 4th March.
Council officers and members of the project team were in attendance and to guide residents through the proposals, answer questions and gather local feedback.
