Through the Cambridge Investment Partnership (CIP) we intend to provide highly sustainable new council homes to meet the city’s housing needs, with a landscape led scheme that focusses heavily on sustainability. CIP has been working with local, award-winning architects Mole and Turkington Martin to provide a scheme proposal that both fits in with and enhances the local community.
To engage with the local community, we held an in-person consultation event in March 2023, where people had the opportunity to ask questions and provide their feedback. The exhibition boards shown at the event are available to view at the bottom of this page.
Our planning application for the redevelopment of the flats on Fanshawe Road has now been approved by Cambridge City Council’s Planning Committee (March 2024).
